📦 Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason.

Once cancellation is requested, you then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

To begin a return, please contact us at support@lovixfashion.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Reason for return (optional unless faulty)

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

🔁 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags still attached.

  • Items must not be custom-made or personalised.

  • Requests must be made within the 14-day cancellation period.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Intimate or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.

We will refund:

  • The full item cost

  • The standard delivery charge (if you were charged one)

We do not refund:

  • Return shipping fees (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

🛠️ Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos and a brief explanation

  • We’ll cover the return postage and offer a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference

🌍 International Shipping & Returns

As a dropshipping business, our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers. This means:

  • Delivery times range from 7 to 20 working days

  • Return addresses may be within the UK or abroad, depending on the item
